You will need to inform a minimum of 1 week in advance to give the seat to another applicant. But refunds & cancellation decisions are based totally on the discretion of the management. Management reserves the right to cancel the refund based on the genuineness of refund requests.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and are only valid once receipt/payment has been confirmed. Please attach payment confirmation with the mail itself.
